Asset Usage Policy

Use of The Torch Hospitality assets, including visuals of iconic buildings associated with The Torch, and its properties under “The Torch Hospitality” in any form of advertising, media, or branding campaigns (including but not limited to CGI videos, Photoshopped images, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Prior approval from The Torch Hospitality must be obtained in writing at info@thetorchhospitality.com for any such use, and fees may apply depending on the scope. The Torch Hospitality reserves the right to accept or reject a permit on a case-by-case basis.
